The Wedding Experience is a professionally staffed golf simulator, delivered to your Utah venue and run by our dedicated caddie from cocktail hour through reception. We've set up at wedding venues from the Utah State Capitol to private estates, ballrooms in Salt Lake City to venues in Provo and Park City — always as a complement to the day the couple has planned. Wedding planners work with us because every detail is handled: delivery, setup, on-site coordination, teardown. Guests gather around it during cocktail hour, take swings between courses, and keep coming back through the reception. And every wedding booking includes a completely brand-free setup — no Lynks logos, no marketing signage — so the simulator becomes part of your venue for the day, not a vendor pop-up.

Before Cocktail Hour

Our caddie arrives up to 2 hours early and sets up the simulator at your venue — indoors or outdoors.

Cocktail Hour

Reception

Keep it running through the reception for guests who want more — or wrap up whenever you'd like.

Teardown

Yes — indoors is our most common setup. The simulator fits in any space with at least a 12×12×12 ft area. Ballrooms, reception halls, covered patios, and garages all work great.

Everything: a dedicated on-site caddie, custom welcome screen with your names and date, full club set (left- and right-handed, adults and juniors), all courses and games, closest-to-the-pin contests, early setup, late teardown, and event liability insurance — all for $550 for 2 hours.

Yes — we serve venues across the Wasatch Front from Ogden and Salt Lake City down to Provo and Santaquin. We've set up at event centers, private estates, and historic venues like the Utah Capitol. If your venue is in the valley, we can be there.

Wedding dates fill up fast — especially May through October. We recommend booking as soon as your venue and date are confirmed. Request a quote and we'll hold your date.
