This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by Lynks Mobile Golf LLC ("Lynks," "we," or "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Accessing the Site in any manner, automated or otherwise, counts as using it.
Program name: Lynks Mobile Golf
Program description. This program sends text messages to customers who have requested a quote or booked an event with Lynks Mobile Golf through our website at https://www.lynksmobilegolf.com, including through our website chat widget or our booking and quote request forms, and who have explicitly opted in. Opt-in is collected through dedicated, unchecked SMS consent checkboxes on those forms and in the chat widget. There are two types of messages, each with its own opt-in:

Cancellation. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to the number that sent you messages. We'll send one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and after that you won't receive any more SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up the way you did originally and we'll resume sending messages.
Support. If you have trouble with the messaging program, reply "HELP" for assistance, or contact us at riley@lynksmobilegolf.com or (385) 887-3725 during business hours.
Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply for messages we send to you and messages you send to us. Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, bookings, and event schedule. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Supported carriers. Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, and most regional carriers.
Age restriction. You must be 18 or older to participate in our SMS program.
Privacy. See our Privacy Policy at https://www.lynksmobilegolf.com/privacy for how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines.
You can request a quote or book a mobile golf simulator for corporate events, private parties, weddings, trade shows, and similar occasions through the Site. Pricing and event details are confirmed with you directly when you book.
Every booking is governed by our Rental Agreement, which you accept when you book. It covers the retainer, payment, cancellation, rescheduling, weather, venue requirements, safety, and equipment damage. Our Booking & Cancellation Policy summarizes those terms in plain language. If anything on this Site differs from your Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement governs.
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. The information you provide at checkout, including payment information, may be collected by both the processor and us, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our setup needs a level space of about 12 feet by 12 feet by 12 feet, indoors or outdoors, and a standard outlet nearby. Please confirm your location fits before your event.
Golf involves swinging clubs and moving balls, so it carries some physical risk. Your caddie runs the equipment for the whole event and will walk guests through how to play safely. Please follow their guidance. The simulator, clubs, balls, and accessories belong to Lynks. Normal wear and tear is expected, and damage beyond that is handled under your Rental Agreement.
Everything on this Site, including text, photos, videos, logos, and branding, belongs to Lynks Mobile Golf or our partners. You're welcome to browse it and print a page for your own personal use, but please don't copy, repost, or reuse our content elsewhere without our permission.
If you send us photos, reviews, or videos from your event, through the Site, social media, or otherwise, you give us permission to share and use that content, for example on our website, social media, and marketing.
We may link to other websites, such as our booking provider and social media. A link doesn't mean we endorse the site, and we're not responsible for its content. If the Site sends you to a third-party vendor, that transaction is between you and them.
We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Lynks isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Liability for events is governed by your Rental Agreement.
If your misuse of the Site causes a claim or expense against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result. This doesn't apply to normal, good-faith use of the Site.
We may suspend or end access to the Site for anyone misusing it or breaking these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. If a disagreement comes up that we can't resolve directly, it will be handled in Utah.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its effective date. By continuing to use the Site after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.
